I had to do it

I’ve seen these pasta chips going viral over on tiktok and I couldn’t help but wonder if they’re as good as the hype

They’re pretty damn good

Will I give up my potato chips for these?

Probs not, but they are a lot of fun to make – if only for the novelty factor

The recipe

Ingredients

500 grams dry pasta (shape of your choice)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ cup finely grated parmesan

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the packet directions, making sure that you only just cook it as it will cook further in the airfryer.
Step 2
Drain and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Mix all of the other ingredients together and then add the pasta, turning over until all of the pasta is evenly coated.
Step 4
Heart your airfryer to 200°C and tip the pasta in (you will need to work in a couple of batches, depending on the size of your airfryer)
Step 5
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking midway through.
Step 6
Each the whole first batch while you wait for the second.
Step 7
Serve with relish and/or ranch or with your dipping sauce of choice.
