Ingredients

1 Bone-in ham, cooked – 8-10 pounds
1/3 cup of water
½ cup of butter
1 cup of golden monkfruit sweetener, or preferred brown sugar substitute
2 tablespoons of molasses (not essential, but really helps to give that deep, sticky finish)
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
3 cloves of garlic, minced finely
