The best part about the ketogenic lifestyle is delicious creamy full fat dressings. This one, in particular, is dolloped on just about everything that I eat. I make it with fresh herbs from my garden and it really is better than using dried.

It's perfect with seafood, divine with avocado, delectable with chicken and unspeakably good on a salad.

The recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of full fat Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of whole egg mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander
4 tablespoons of chopped dill
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper

Directions

Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and mix until well combined.
