Introduction

Take an old-fashioned family favourite and give it an on-trend makeover by adding Biscoff spread to the recipe

When Eat Well Magazine challenged me to create a series of desserts using only 3 ingredients, I thought I’d be stumped

Not so. The desserts that I created ending up being some of my favourites and I’ve made them again since

This one is pretty special though, rich and indulgent with that unique Biscoff flavour winding through it

So easy, the kids could throw it together for you

Hey, kids?

Place it in the bowl of your stand mixer and add a splash of cream.
