Come on now, let’s be honest. We all love hollandaise sauce but it can be such a pain to make.
I tend to save my hollandaise for special weekend brunch. But, holy cow people. I swear that angels sang when I perfected this sauce. It really does take only 30 seconds and is the perfect texture and flavour.
And, just to make it even more miraculous…it only uses one jar!
So now we can all have hollandaise on EVERYTHING!
Very hard to understand this recipe. Why do I have to place jar on my scale & zero not once but twice. Never told where to put the butter, I presume in the jar? Is the butter melted at any time. Please help me with this recipe. Regards Marj Heard.
