Introduction

We all know that truffles and cheese go hand in hand.

And we all know that there is only one other thing that makes cheese even better than infusing it with truffle – and that’s infusing it with truffle while you bake it into gooey deliciousness.

Whip out this Truffle Baked Brie at your next dinner party or date night and you’ll be a superstar.

Truffle – 5 grams per 100 grams of cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C

Step 3
Carefully remove the lid and the use the tip of your knife to cut a criss-cross pattern into the brie.
Step 4
Finely grate the truffle over the cheese and replace the lid.
Step 5
(If you have time, wrap the cheese and place it in the fridge overnight to let the truffle flavour infuse even more)

Step 7
Bake for 15 min until bubbling and gooey.
Step 8
