Introduction

I thought of so many names for this: Creamy Sundried Tomato Pasta, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Pasta, The Faster Pasta…
.
But really, Magic Meal is perfect because not only are these Nooey Fettunooey noodles low in carbs and high in protein, they cook in just a few minutes
.
This means that this entire meal can go from being in the pantry cupboard to on the table in under 15 minutes
.
Uh huh. I did say 15 MINUTES
.
So, we have a meal that’s healthy, delicious, fast and made out of pantry ingredients
.
I’d call that magic, how about you?

Ingredients

8 Nooey Fettunooey nests
300 ml Light Cooking Cream
200 g Sundried Tomato Pesto
Parsley, for garnish

Directions

Step 1
Put a pot of salted water on to boil.
Step 2
In a smaller pot, combine the cooking cream and pesto and stir while heating.
Step 3
Once the water boils, place your pasta nests in and cook for 3-4 minutes, until al dente.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and tip back into the empty pot.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the top and mix well until all of the noodles are coated.
Step 6
Plate up and garnish with black pepper and chopped parsley.
