Perfectly seared salmon is cooked until tender and then paired with a delicious creamy sauce, flavoured with fresh herbs and a hint of lemon.

The recipe

Ingredients

2 Salmon fillets, approx. 200 grams each
100 ml of vegetable stock
150 ml of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives, 3 grams
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 7.6 grams
Juice of half of one lemon, 25 grams
Pepper to taste
½ to 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
