Introduction

Any day where you can feel like you’re eating dessert for breakfast has got to be a good day, right?

This chocolate smoothie bowl is super rich and creamy and feels like a decadent treat instead of a healthy start to the day

You don’t need to be following a keto way of eating to dig into this big bowl of delicious, you just need to be smart and hungry

Ingredients

3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used golden erythritol)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder of choice (pea protein for vegan)

Directions

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
