I’ve seen these pasta chips going viral over on tiktok and I couldn’t help but wonder if they’re as good as the hype
.
They’re pretty damn good
.
Will I give up my potato chips for these?

Probs not, but they are a lot of fun to make – if only for the novelty factor
.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams dry pasta (shape of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ cup finely grated parmesan

Directions

  • Cook the pasta according to the packet directions, making sure that you only just cook it as it will cook further in the airfryer.
  • Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Mix all of the other ingredients together and then add the pasta, turning over until all of the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Heart your airfryer to 200°C and tip the pasta in (you will need to work in a couple of batches, depending on the size of your airfryer)
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking midway through.
  • Each the whole first batch while you wait for the second.
  • Serve with relish and/or ranch or with your dipping sauce of choice.
