Perfectly seared salmon is cooked until tender and then paired with a delicious creamy sauce, flavoured with fresh herbs and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets, approx. 200 grams each

  • Sauce:
  • 100 ml of vegetable stock

  • 150 ml of heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives, 3 grams

  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 7.6 grams

  • Juice of half of one lemon, 25 grams

  • Pepper to taste

  • ½ to 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
