How delicious are pork chops with a thick, rich, creamy sauce?

UH HUH. REALLY DELICIOUS.

This pork is seared until crispy and caramelised on the outside and then it is snuggled down into a luscious sauce and topped with some cheese as a final touch.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops, (approx. 250 grams each)

  • SAUCE:
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 medium onions

  • 60 grams of butter

  • 1 cups of beef stock

  • ¼ cup of cream

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
