Introduction

How delicious are pork chops with a thick, rich, creamy sauce?

UH HUH. REALLY DELICIOUS.

This pork is seared until crispy and caramelised on the outside and then it is snuggled down into a luscious sauce and topped with some cheese as a final touch.

Because everything is better with cheese…right?

Ingredients

4 pork loin chops, (approx. 250 grams each)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 medium onions
60 grams of butter
1 cups of beef stock
¼ cup of cream
2 tablespoons of fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
