Introduction

Quick, easy and healthy, these coconut and lime popsicles are the perfect balance of sweet creaminess and zingy lime.

They are perfect summertime goodness on a stick.

Imagine having these on hand for those hot days by the pool.

Made with just three ingredients, you can’t lose.

The recipe

Ingredients

400g can coconut cream
1 lime, juice & zest
¼ cup maple syrup

Directions

Step 1
Prepare your popsicle moulds.
Step 2
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz well.
Step 3
Pour carefully into the moulds and freeze overnight.
Step 4
Note: You could use any other fruit combination that you want to here. Pineapple and coconut is divine!
