Introduction

Creamy, sweet coffee without the carbs.

I love coffee.

And I REALLY love iced coffee.

But, even if I were not keto, I wouldn’t drink that rubbish from the store.

It’s so full of sugar and artificial flavours that it barely resembles coffee. Am I right?

Check this tall glass of loveliness out!

A long as you think ahead a little bit, you can pour yourself one whenever you feel like it.

Enjoy!

The recipe

Ingredients

250 ml of strong espresso coffee
2 teaspoons of sweetener (I use Sukrin Gold)
1/4 cup of macadamia milk
2 Tablespoons of pure cream
Ice

Directions

Step 1
Make your strong coffee and dissolve sweetener in it while hot, then place in the fridge until chilled. This is where the patience comes in. I like to make a big bottle at once so that I have plenty on hand.
Step 2
Once chilled, fill your glass with plenty of ice. Pour the coffee over the ice and then add the cream.
Step 3
Finally, pour the macadamia milk in and stir.
Step 4
Drink and smile.
