  • 1 Bone-in ham, cooked – 8-10 pounds

  • 1/3 cup of water

  • ½ cup of butter

  • 1 cup of golden monkfruit sweetener, or preferred brown sugar substitute

  • 2 tablespoons of molasses (not essential, but really helps to give that deep, sticky finish)

  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

  • 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced finely
