Introduction

I first created this taco seasoning for my Quick Fajita Salad but I have found myself using it so much that I always have a jar in the pantry.

Have you ever read the ingredients list on a sachet of the stuff for the supermarket? It’s full of sugar, fillers and anti-caking ingredients. Why would you consume those things unnecessarily?

And, let’s be honest; the packaged seasonings taste…weird.

I’m willing to bet that you have most if not all of these ingredients in your pantry right now and it takes 30 seconds to mix up.

I have added the chili as an option at the end. I can’t even look at a chili without breaking out into mouth ulcers so I’ve never tested it with heat. That bit is completely up to you.

Enjoy!
