Do you want to serve something ridiculously chocolatey and decadent for Easter lunch but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen?
Do you have adults to impress who need more than a simple egg, but you don’t want to spend a fortune on specialty chocolate?
Do you want to throw this lush and eye-popping dessert together in just five minutes, with four ingredients, easily and cheaply purchased from the supermarket?
Duh. Of course you do!

  • 4 120g chocolate eggs

  • 4 10g mini bunnies

  • 1 200g packet Chocolate Mousse Mix

  • 1 1/4 cups milk

  • Place the chocolate mousse mix and the milk into the bowl of your stand mixer and beat on low until combined.
  • Increase the speed to high and beat for a further 3-4 minutes until the mousse is thick and fluffy.
  • While the mousse whips, unwrap the eggs and break the top third off each one, on an angle.
  • Spoon the mousse into the eggs and push a mini bunny into the top of each one.
  • Use the larger pieces of broken chocolate and a microplane to grate chocolate over the top.
  • Chill until ready to serve or eat immediately.
