If you’re trying to make healthier choices but keep falling down the chocolate coated hole of failure, this Easy Choc-Nut Protein Pudding is the answer to your prayers.

I have been working with a trainer lately to learn how to better support my health through making choices that work for my body.

I’ve been concentrating on high protein recipes that have a carb and fat content that is healthy for my individual needs.
I can’t believe how good I feel and I’m eating all day long!

This is my favourite mid-afternoon pick me up treat.
It’s chocolatey and nutty and creamy and lush and sooooo delicious.

The best bit? I can have all of the ingredients on hand all of the time and it is simply a dump and stir recipe.

Anyhoo, don’t take my word for it, try it yourself.
Make it. Send me moaning noises.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 170 gram tub of plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 powder

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  • It will seem like there is too much powder to the amount of yoghurt, but trust me and keep stirring.
  • Moan a little bit while you eat
