The best part about the ketogenic lifestyle is delicious creamy full fat dressings. This one, in particular, is dolloped on just about everything that I eat. I make it with fresh herbs from my garden and it really is better than using dried.

It’s perfect with seafood, divine with avocado, delectable with chicken and unspeakably good on a salad.

Ingredients

  • Makes 1.5 cups

  • 1 cup of full fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup of whole egg mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander

  • 4 tablespoons of chopped dill

  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic

  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and mix until well combined.

    Store in a lidded jar in the fridge for up to one week…if it lasts that long.
