  • 6 tablespoons of sukrin gold or golden monkfruit

  • 6 egg yolks

  • 1 1/3 cups of heavy cream

  • 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
