The idea for these chocolate bowls came to me one day and I’ve been waiting for just the right special occasion to use it.

These chocolate mousse bowls are perfect for Valentine’s Day or for any other special occasion.

They are super easy (I promise) to make but look spectacular.

Even better? I added a splash of whiskey, or my amazing Keto Kahlua, to the mousse to make it extra decadent.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Bowls
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate

  • (you won’t use all of this but can make chocolate curls or swirls out of the leftovers)

  • Water balloons

  • Chocolate Mousse
  • 60 grams dark chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa

  • 30 grams of butter

  • 30 grams of whiskey

  • 2 eggs, separated

  • 40 grams of xylitol

  • 125 grams of cream
