If there is one thing that my family loves, it’s a good condiment.

I have a lazy susan in the centre of our dining table which gets loaded with suitable condiments each evening at dinner time.

I personally love a smokey flavour, and this BBQ certainly delivers.
Rich and deep in flavour, with a wisp of smoke throughout, it is fabulous with any grilled meat but also as a marinade or BBQ baste.

I mean, you could probably drink it out of the jar…

I highly recommend buying some liquid smoke, not just for this recipe but to use on EVERYTHING, but if you don’t any to you could double the smoked paprika in this recipe and still achieve a delicious flavour.

Go on, do it.
Make it. Post it. Tag me.

Enjoy!
