I created this divine cheesecake for Sukrin USA and it’s absolutely one of my favourites.

Personally, anything in cheesecake form has my attention and this is no exception.

Browning the butter gives this cheesecake a fabulous depth of flavour.

And butter and pecans are a match made in heaven, am I right?

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1 cup of pecans, ground to meal

  • 100 grams of butter

  • 1/4 cup of Sukrin confectioners blend

  • Browned Butter:
  • 125 grams of butter

  • Filling:
  • 500 grams of cream cheese

  • 250 ml of cream

  • 1/2 cup of Sukrin confectioners blend

  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin

  • 1/4 cup of cold water
